The employees are very friendly but they aren't the most knowledgeable. The items are more expensive compared to a petsmart or petco.

Good to have a pet store open in evening locally. No need to drive out to route 22 for Hills Pet Science. A shame that independent pet store in New Providence closed after this chain store opened.
The convenience of a local store with high prices.. Staff is not helpful. They barely know the merchandise. Make sure they charge you the right price. The price on the shelves isn't always reflected at the register.
